Originally I hail from Newcastle, although it’s such a long story I usually say ‘Manchester’ to make it easier. I’ve been based in Jaén, Andalucía since 2011. I dislike saying I ‘specialise’ in anything, as it might imply I’m ignorant of anything else. So I suppose I specialise in YLE, teaching teens (especially unruly ones), pronunciation, writing, Cambridge YLE and Main Suite exam preparation, material design, and teacher training and development. I also dabble in graphic design, photography, and baking.
